In-Store Training Tool
With our full description, images and up to date compatibility matrix staff can learn about products ranged in store and relate then to the latest handsets on the shelf to increase one off accessory sales and accessory attachments in store.
Store Takes Payment
The staff can take payment instore as each product has a price point, each price point has a barcode and Sku which has been loaded onto the internal Epos system. After the customer details are filled in the barcode can be scanned on screen and payment is taken, input the receipt details into the portal and select confirm and print the final order confirmation for the customer.
Standard Online Payment
This option is in place for our partners to have a standard webpage checkout where we take payment and a confirmation email is sent to the customer. The site will function the same with the full range but fewer options to ensure a speedy transaction and good customer experience.
