Kondor launch online information solution tailored to your needs

In recent years, Kondor have won and maintained business due to the high service levels offered to customers. To further improve this service, we have completed “Phase 1” of our online solution – and have now launched the ‘E-Tailor’ service – specifically designed to allow instant access to the Kondor database of over 3500 products. Created entirely in-house using B2B service technology, the E-Tailor concept is simple: sign up and choose the information you want, in the format you want to receive it. You can filter the information you need by category, such as product; category; brand; compatibility or handset. Then choose to receive the product feed daily, weekly or monthly – or even straight away. Better still, the advanced features of E-Tailor allow use of Kondor’s client .xml files to feed straight into their own website for live product and stock information as required, which is updated automatically each time the page is loaded. This new service is entirely free and customers just need to visit www.kondor.co.uk/dealer to sign up and start receiving the product feeds. Our customers are able to profit from this by easily offering our products to their customer base or listing them on the internet”. This is just “Phase 1” – “Phase 2” is due for completion in Q2 and will consist of online paper-free ordering and direct fulfilment of orders (delivered directly to end-users) to minimise stock risk for our customers.
