Kondor Ltd is committed to eliminating discrimination and encouraging equality and diversity in our workforce. Our organisational values stress the importance of recognising individual worth, and make no distinction based on gender.
All Kondor employees are remunerated according to set pay scales, regularly reviewed and agreed by our Remuneration Committee. This ensures all employees are paid the same rate for the job regardless of gender or any other difference.
All of our figures compare favourably with the UK as a whole, which the government gives as “over 18%”. However, we are striving to eliminate our mean gender pay gap, and report progress annual in-line with our legal obligations.
